    Walk in PHFs were measured between 45-48*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they have been going in and out of the walk in a lot today. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Recommend having unit serviced if temperature does not lower. [SA] PIC on site adjusted the temperature by lowering it on dial.
