4 reported violations
  • K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals

Observed a dead cockroach on the floor in the isle. Observed rodent droppings on the shelf with the expired/will be discarded beverages. [CA] The droppings must be cleaned up and sanitize the areas. Take effective measures to eliminate the insects and rodents from inside the store. A reinspection will be made 9/30/25. The owner cleaned up the droppings. Continue to sanitize the areas.

  • K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

The walk in refrigerator floor has debris, broken glass, and garbage. Some of the shelving is turning black with accumulation. Some of the food storage shelves are soiled. [CA] Thoroughly clean the shelves throughout the store and inside the walk in cooler.

  • K05: Hands clean, properly washed; gloves used properly

No paper towels observed at the hand washing sink. [CA] Provide paper towels at the hand sink.

  • K38: Adequate ventilation/lighting; designated areas, use

There are about 9 lights out which is causing the storage area to be very dim above where the rodent droppings were found. [CA] Replace all of the light bulbs that are out so that proper cleaning can be done in a brightly light storage area.
