    Dead cockroaches observed inside the condenser area of the food preparation refrigerator. One dead cockroach observed on floor between the burners at the cook line. No live activity was observed. No contamination of food or food contact surfaces observed. Per manager, facility is treated monthly by mall provided pest control company. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches.

    Cases of food maintained on the floor inside the walk-in freezer. Crate of shallots maintained on top of another empty crate below the drain board of the three-compartment sink. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.
