[CA] Ensure hand wash station is accessible at all times. [COS] Operator relocated bucket. 2. Found paper towel stored outside of mounted dispenser at hand wash station located in back warewash area. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers.

Found crates used to elevate food related items off floor in front of walk-in-cooler. [CA] Discontinue using crates, use approved shelvings.

Found leaking faucet nozzle at 3-compartment sink when water is on. [CA] Secure leak.

Measured containers of sliced tomatoes holding between 44F - 48F in 2 door cold top/reach in for less than 4 hours. [CA] Maintain all cold PHFs held at or below 41F.
