FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Reinspection for correction of a rodent infestation. The facility was found operating by a group that rents the kitchen twice a week. The closed placard was posted and the facility was being used at time of inspection. The facility must not be used while the permit has been temporarily suspended and the closed placard is posted. According to the city of San Jose employee the groups that use the kitchen were notified that it must not be used. No droppings observed and the kitchen appears to have been cleaned. According to city of San Jose employee a cleaning service came out to clean the kitchen. Continue to monitor for any rodent issues.
