Cove base within the walk in freezer is coming off the wall at the time of inspection. [CA] Adhere the stainless steel cove base back on to the wall.

Drain line for water heater is inside of the floor sink at the time of inspection. [CA] All equipment that discharges liquid waste shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes, and all wastes drained by them shall discharge through an air-gap into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor.

Yeesica states that pest control comes every Thursday, latest pest control report will be e-mailed to glencijoy.david@deh.sccgov.org. Facility uses lactic acid sanitizer and has test strips for sanitizer.
Clean, wet plastic containers are stacked directly on top of one another and stored in a way that does not facilitate air drying. [CA] Equipment and utensils must be air dried or properly stored to facilitate drying after sanitizing. [COS] Employee moved containers to ensure proper air drying.
Rodent droppings present in storage/break room. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of rodent droppings.
