    1) Observed lack of potable water at the 3-compartment sink. The facility does not conduct active food preparation or warewashing. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. 2) Measured the maximum water temperature of the janitorial sink at 114F. [CA] Water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of 120F as measured from the faucet throughout facility.

    Observed several flies throughout the sales floor and back storage area of the facility. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be maintained free of vermin and non-disease carrying flies, insects, ants, weevils, and gnats.

[CA] Water shall be supplied at a minimum of 100F at handwash stations.
