    Hot water valve within the hand wash station was threaded at the time of inspection. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair. [COS] PIC made repairs to the hot water valve.

    Very low hot water pressure at handwash sink in kitchen. Per operator, handwash sink with be repaired tomorrow (2/13/25). [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided.

    Food safety manager certificate not available for review. Employee food handler certificates not available for review. [CA] At least one person in the facility shall maintain a food safety manager certificate. Food handlers shall maintain a valid food handler certificate. Ensure food safety certificates and food handler certificates are readily available for review at all times.
