    Observed a dead cockroach on the floor near the dish sink. Observed a dead cockroach on the floor in front of the floor sink. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate cockroaches from inside the facility. The manager killed the cockroach and threw it away. According to the manager there is a pest control company. A reinspection will be completed next week. Please clean thoroughly and protect food from contamination. Cover any holes in the walls to eliminate roaches from coming inside from the walls. Cover any gaps under the doors that lead to outside.
