    Observed potentially hazardous food that measured in the temperature danger zone located on the pizza oven conveyor belt (mozzarella sticks 78F). Per PIC, the mozzarella sticks were remove from refrigeration about 30 minutes prior. [CA] Keep potentially hazardous foods under proper cold holding (41F or below) or under hot holding (135F and above). [COS] PIC put the mozzarella sticks back into the refrigerator.

    Kitchen handwash station and restroom handwash did not have paper towels. Per PIC, owner is at the store purchasing supplies. [CA] Ensure all handwash stations are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [COS] Staff stopped operating until owner came to facility with supplies.
