ROUTINE INSPECTION
Hot/warm water within restroom and mop sink was measured at 66*F at the time of inspection. Hot water within the prep areas is working properly. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks (100*F). REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
Hand wash station in front of the cook line is missing soap and sink is coming off wall. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked at all times. Re-mount hand wash station into the wall properly.
Light bulbs within the hood system are out at the time of inspection. [CA] Replace light bulbs within the hood system.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Fan guards within the dairy departments walk in has dust build up. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
