ROUTINE INSPECTION
Operator states that facility's operation consist of selling prepackaged foods. If changes are made to the menu to include open foods - additional requirements and plan check submittal may be required.
Water at the handwash sink is measured at 90F. [CA] Handwash sink shall be able to provide warm water measured at 100F.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Operator states they have plans to add nonprepackaged foods to the menu of the facility. Discussed the need to add a three compartment sink to facility if menu includes open foods. Any addition or modifications to the food preparation areas shall be submitted to this department's Plan Check for review and approval. Foods can be prepared in the main kitchen and served prepackaged in the facility.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
NOTE: Equipment observed for hot dogs and toaster ovens. Facility only has a single 1 compartment sink and may reheat and sell open foods due to lack of ware washing facilities. Facility may provide open foods with single use utensils. Snack shack was closed at time of inspection.
Toaster oven and hot dog warmer observed in facility and utensils observed to be stored under sink with dishwashing supplies observed under single compartment sink. [CA] All food facilities that prepares food or multiservice utensils and equipment are used shall provide a three-compartment sink with two integral metal drain boards for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Discontinue sales of taquitoes, hot dogs, and any other open foods that require preparation or utensils.
