Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on 4/8/2026. Observed all drains to be free flowing and flooring areas removed during the repair to have been replaced. The soda machine drain lines extend into the floor sink. All equipment that discharges liquid waste shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes, and all wastes drained by them shall discharge through an airgap into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor.

Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on 4/8/2026. Observed all drains to be free flowing and flooring areas removed during the repair to have been replaced. ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 4/8/2026 to verily compliance with all of the cited major violations. Subsequent follow-up inspections after the first shall be billed at $298/hr, one hour minimum, during normal business hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM), or $645 for a minimum of 2 hours, during non-business hours and in accordance with the inspectors availability.
Observed the ice machine floor drain to be clogged and non-flowing with water from the ice machine overflowing onto the floor. Manager stated that the previous day a sewage backup occurred and the facility was self closed for repairs. Effected areas were cleaned and sanitized with "Pure Surface Sanitizer". [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. Clear ice machine floor drain so that waste water can be discharged into the floor sink. [SA] Ice machine turned off to cease the discharge of water into the floor sink. All other drains, sinks and restrooms within the facility observed to be free flowing. Contact inspector for a follow-up inspection when floor drain has been repaired.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
The build-up of a mold like material on the grout/ wall behind the three compartment warewashing machine. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Repair/ replaced damaged grout area.

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Boxed produced stored directly on the floor of kitchen [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.
Wet/used wiping cloth stored on preparation table. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium).
