Operator states that they will discontinue use of the waffle maker and remove it from the facility.

[SA] Employee did not have soap available to refill the dispenser but cleared the obstruction from the other handwash sink to make it available. 2) Lack of single-use paper towels at the handwash sink located in the employee restroom. [CA] All handwash sinks shall be accessible with warm water, soap, and single-use paper towels for employees to properly and easily wash their hands when required.
