Note: This is a follow-up inspection for the routine inspection that was conducted on 11/7/2025. During today's follow-up inspection, both violations are observed to be corrected. The owner had a pest control company conduct an intervention. The kitchen's floor and walls are also cleaned. Therefore, the facility is issued a pass green placard. However, the above violations must be corrected immediately as well.

FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Reinspection for inspection conducted on 09/04/2024. Owner, Konduru Kamal, requested follow up inspection by phone. Observed paper towel and hand soap stocked for hand sinks. Front hand sink is repaired and connected. Hot and cold water available. Reviewed pest control report dated on 9/29/2024. No sign of active cockroach activity at the time of inspection. Please follow recommendation from licensed pest control company report dated on 9/29. No prepackaged dessert and snacks at self serve area at the time of inspection. Food is behind the counter. Owner purchased air tight containers and in the process of transferring open bag food products to bulk containers. Continue to correct violations dated on 09/04/2024 report. Major violations were corrected. Status: PASS
