    Old rodent droppings were observed near the ice machine in the back area. PIC stated they are serviced by a pest provider biweekly, pest invoice was provided for review. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings. Follow up with the pest provider for monitoring. Seal all cracks and crevices to prevent entry.
