    Observed rodent droppings in the following areas: - on shelves (2 old droppings) below prepackaged chips at self check out aisle - in fertilizer and bird food aisle (across from bbq grills) on the floor, fertilizer packaging and shelves Observed 1 dead rodent on shelf where bird food is. Several rodent traps noted in this aisle. [CA] Remove dead rodent, rodent droppings. Clean and sanitize shelves below prepackaged chips/candy and floors where droppings were found. [COS] Manager contacted cleaning service to remove rodent and clean the affected areas. Note- all back stock of prepackaged food are stored in sealed plastic containers on shelves. Pest control services (Copesan Services) comes 3 x week, reviewed reports.
