Observed PHFs in freezer (ice cream, lasagna). PIC stated the food is overflow from the Senior Cafe and that they are no longer serving prepackaged snacks to teens. In order for this permit to be inactivated, all the food from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets must be removed and photos taken and emailed to inspector.

No paper towels in dispenser. [CA] ENsure soap and paper towels dispensers are stocked at all times. [COS] PIC replaced paper towels.
