Per previous report, a change of ownership may occur. However, business license at the facility states the same ownership (Stephanie Solorio). Ensure that a permit application is submitted to this department if a change of ownership occurs. Permit application can be obtained at ehinfo.org and submitted via email at dehweb@deh.sccgov.org. Facility cools down multiple food items (empanadas, eggs, and empanada ingredients such as chicken, beef, mushroom, etc). Facility's health permit to be upgraded to FP14

*REPEAT VIOLATIONS* Multiple containers of food stored directly on the floor at back prep area, in walk in cooler, and in walk in freezer. [CA]: Food shall be stored at least 6 inches elevated from the floor on approved shelving that is easily cleanable (ex. Dunnage racks) Open bags of dry food stored at food storage areas. [CA]: All open bags of dry food shall be transferred or stored in food grade containers and covered with a fitted lid.

Prep sink drain line observed draining into the mop sink. [CA]: Waste water shall be properly disposed of indirectly through an approved floor sink connected to an approved sewer system.
