Several old rodent droppings were found in the unfinished room. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings.

1. There is an unfinished room with an exhaust hood. The floor is bare wood that has numerous gaps and holes in the floor. 2. There is a hole in the wall near the rear exit door and at the entrance of the hallway to the employee area. [CA] Ensure to maintain the floors, walls, and ceilings of the facility in good repair. Seal or repair holes to prevent vermin entrance and harborage.

Water at the only plumbing fixture (restroom hand sink) measured at a peak of 66°F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. Correct within 7 days.
