ROUTINE INSPECTION
Note:1. There was no food safety manager certificate on file. Someone from the facility must take a food safety manager certificate within two months. 2. Most of the violations cited above are repeated violations from the previous routine inspection. A follow-up inspection will be conducted sometime next month to observed compliance. If any of the repeated violations area not addressed by then, another follow-up inspection shall be conducted at a charge of $298.00/hour to the owner.

There is a heavy leak from the plumbing structure of the three compartment warewash sink. [CA] Repair the leakage immediately to give the employees easy access to wash hands.

Repeated violation: Some open bag food products were stored on the shelf of in the dry storage area. [CA] Store all open bag food products in properly labeled bulk containers.
- K30: Food storage: food storage containers identified
Repeated violation: Many food products on boxes were stored directly on the floor or on milk crate back in the storage area. [CA] To prevent insect hiding and breading and for easy cleaning of the floor area, please store all food products at least six inches off the floor on an approved shelf or dunnage rack.
- K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
One of the handwash stations located by the three compartment warewash sink was blocked. [CA] Keep the handwash station easily accessible for employees to wash hand.
- K33: Nonfood contact surfaces clean
There is an abundant dust accumulation on the restroom’s exhaust vent. [CA] Conduct a regular cleaning of the exhaust vent.
- K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized
Employee was observed washing and sanitizing dishes in one of the three compartment warewash sink. [CA] Any reusable utensil or equipment must be washed with soapy water in the first sink, rinsed in the middle compartment with clean water, and sanitized in the last compartment of the wash sink using a solution that contains 200 ppm quaternary ammonia or 100 ppm chlorine, unless otherwise specified by manufacturer of the chemical
