Lack of paper towels at the handwash sink in the men's restroom. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towels are always available.

One of the toilets in the women's restroom does not flush properly. Per PIC, it may be clogged with women's sanitary pad. No trash receptacle observed in the toilet stall. [Corrective Action] Ensure toilet is properly functioning. Provide trash receptacle in each toilet stall.
