ROUTINE INSPECTION
Lacking single use paper towel at the ONLY hand wash station located in back warewash area. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers. [COS] Operator restocked.
Found a leak at 2-compartment sink (middle section) when water is on. [CA] Secure leak.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Inspection conducted in conjunction to CO0156903.
Measured hot water holding at 100F at warewash sink. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of hot water at a minimum of 120F for all sinks with the exception of hand wash sink to be held between 100F - 108F. [COS] Final reading of hot water at 135F.
Found leaking faucet at mop sink when water knob is off. [CA] Secure leak.
Measured the following PHFs holding between 120F - 134F for less than 4 hours: orange chicken and black pepper sirloin steak. [CA] Maintain all hot PHFs held at or above 135F. [COS] Operator voluntarily discarded PHFs in trash.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Found a flat spatula stored between wall and on side metal panel of warewash sink. [CA] Multi-use utensils will be stored in a way that the working part of the utensil may not become contaminated.
Found a few expired food handlers card. [CA] Renew food handler cards.
