    1. 2-compartment sink in the ice cream preparation room was leaking. [corrective action] Repair the leak. 2. Observed ice cream scoop dipper well extend into the floor sink. [corrective action] Food service equipment must drain indirectly into the floor sink. Reinstall the drain line so there is an air gap, at least 1 inch above the rim of the floor sink.

    Unable to provide a current food handler cards at the time of inspection. Per PIC, cards are within office and no access is available. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire. Recommend keeping copies of food handler cards outside of the office.
