Follow-up inspection to limited inspection conducted by Maverick Chin on 6/22/2026. The walk in refrigerator has been repaired. Measured the ambient temperature at 40 F and all PHF's within the unit at less than 41 F.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Limited inspection conducted in conjunction with CO0160009.
Numerous potentially hazardous foods measured between 45F and 49F while maintained in the walk-in cooler, including sliced and shredded cheeses, grilled onions, sliced tomatoes, cooked chicken, sausage, and pooled eggs. Ambient of the unit measured 48F via probe. Per staff, some items had been maintained in the unit overnight, some items had been maintained in the unit since the delivery this morning (greater than 4 hours prior), and some items had recently been placed into the walk-in cooler less than 2 hours prior. [CA] Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at 41F or below, or at 135F or above to prevent the growth of bacteria. [COS] Potentially hazardous foods maintained in the unit for greater than 4 hours were voluntarily condemned and discarded. All other potentially hazardous foods were relocated to the walk-in freezer. Refrigerator technician arrived on-site to address the walk-in cooler.
Ambient of the walk-in cooler measured 48F via probe. Observed large gap in the gasket in the bottom left corner of the door of the walk-in cooler (oriented facing outwards). [CA] Refrigeration shall be capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 41F or below.

Unused equipment found stored in the facility. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.
Several drain flies found in dry storage room at syrup storage. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Water does not reach 120F at critical sinks (janitorial sink, 3 compartment sink and food preparation sink) [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.

The Environmental Health permit is not displayed in public view.[CA] The health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility. *Placard removed[CA] Posted placard is the property of the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health. and shall not be removed, copied or altered in any way.

Pooled water in recessed tiled area at togo window.[CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system.
