On site for follow up inspection for the risk factor inspection from 9/4/24. Hot water measured above 120F at three compartment sink and mop sink. Per PIC, same brand water heater with newer model has been replaced. If there are any future violations related to hot water, facility water heater specifications may be evaluated by this department. Facility is reopened.

Facility is hereby closed due to lack of hot water. Facility cannot re-open and must remain closed until the corrective actions directed in K21 have been completed and a re-inspection has been conducted by this department. Facility is to cease and desist all food sales and operations, including food preparation. Do not remove, cover-up, or relocate red placard.
