    Reach in at the back of the facility that is holding PHFs was measured between 45-55*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, the power went out on them some time last night. Some products were placed into the reach in today. Small generator is powering the freezer chests. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] PHFs that have been within reach in since last night were VCD at the time of inspection. Product that was placed into reach in today was taken back to location within San Martin that has a reach in.
