    Numerous pressurized cylinder tanks maintained on the floor at the front service area. [CA] All pressurized cylinders shall be securely fastened to a rigid structure. Observed ice scoop maintained inside ice machine with handle in direct contact with ice. [CA] Handle to ice scoop shall be stored so that it is not in direct contact with ice.

    Facility lacks test strips to measure sanitizer concentration and high temperature dish machine. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.

    One live German cockroach observed at the front service counter on floor next to the undercounter wine cooler. Manager stated that the facility is serviced once per month with the last treatment one 11/6/2025. No other live or dead activity was observed. No contamination of food or food contact surfaces was observed. [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food. The facility is required to cease operations immediately and must remain closed until all corrective actions on the provided checklist are completed. [COS] Manager abated live cockroach. At the time of the inspection, pest control company arrived on site for an emergency follow-up service.
