    Observed PHFs in the grab n go cooler that measured in the temperature danger zone (hot dogs 48F-54F, beans 48F, rice 49F, cut watermelon 57F). [CA] Ensure PHFs are properly cold held at 41F or below OR hot held at 135F or above. Repair, replace or remove units if necessary. [COS] PIC relocated PHFs that were loaded into the units 2-3 hours prior and put them into the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool. PIC had staff voluntarily discard cut watermelon and cut cantaloupe.
