The person in charge said the food was cooked less than two hours. She is advised to reheat the food to 165 OF and store it on the steam table at or above 134 OF. The PIC reheated the food products to 165 OF, covered them with aluminum foil, and store them on the steam table (COS).

Note: This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 07/09/2025. The Taqueria was issued a conditional pass for failing to sanitize utensils properly and for the lack of soap on the only handwash station in the preparation area. During today's follow-up inspection, the handwash station has necessary supplies. Therefore, the taqueria is issued a pass green placard. However, the above violations must be corrected immediately as well.
