ROUTINE INSPECTION
*NOTE* - This is the first routine inspection since final inspection that was conducted on (3/18/25). On site to verify that no additional items have been added to the facility without approval from this department. - Only one additional piece of equipment has been added to the facility, a electric steam table (Vantco). The unit is under the hood system. Equipment is approved to be used within facility. - No additional equipment is added to facility. - Facility is not using all the equipment on site. Keep all equipment in a sanitary manor or it may have to be removed.

Some wiping cloths are out of sanitizer solution at the time of inspection. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium).
