Blue lights within the facility are not operational at the time of inspection. [CA] Insect control devices that are used to electrocute or stun flying insects shall be designed to retain the insect within the device and be installed away from the storage and preparation of food or food contact surfaces and linens. Make repairs to blue lights.

Dumpster area has trash noted around the dumpsters at the time of inspection. [CA] Outside refuse enclosure shall be kept clean and free of debris.

Food boxes noted on the floor of the walk in freezer at the time of inspection. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

1. A green like algae substance is starting to grow on the piping of the fish tanks at the time of inspection. 2. Dust build up noted on the fan guards of the walk in. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
