    Observed leak at the bottom of the spout at both prep sinks when water is turned on. [Corrective Action] Repair to stop the leak.

    Observed clean cutting boards stored directly on the floor. [Corrective Action] Store clean equipment or utensils in a clean and dry area.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    Chlorine sanitizer concentration in the dishwasher was measured at 0 ppm. No active sanitizing at the time of inspection. No chlorine was observed dispensed when holding the priming switch. [Corrective Action] Ensure chlorine sanitizer concentration is maintained at 50 ppm. Use the 3 compartment sink to conduct sanitizing until dishwasher is serviced and is properly maintaining 50 ppm.

    1. The janitorial sink is clogged and liquid waste is not draining. Per PIC, the janitorial sink became clogged yesterday. All other floor sinks in facility observed properly draining. [Corrective Action] Ensure janitorial sink is properly draining. 2. Condensate from the ice machine was observed dripping directly onto the floor from the drain pipe. [Corrective Action] Adjust the machine so that the drain pipe aligns with the floor sink.
