    Clutter observed in storage areas. PIC stated they are actively working/organizing the clutter. [CA]: Maintain facility free of clutter.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    Leak observed from wastewater drain pipe from the first (left) compartment sink of the 3 compartment sink. No active ware-washing observed. Staff stated no active ware-washing is needed today. [CA]: Drain pipe shall be in good condition. Remove leak. Note: PIC called technician and will be coming today. PIC to provide proof of repair to Specialist at 669-356-2165 today.

    Walk in cooler was installed on the sales floor without plan submission to and approval from DEH Plan Check. PIC stated walk in cooler was installed in the last week [CA]: A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling.
