ROUTINE INSPECTION
Notes: - Per PIC, kitchen and bar are only used by caterers during private events. No cooking occurs at this facility. Coffee is prepared but is only for facility employees, not for customers. ***ENSURE CATERERS HAVE VALID ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PERMITS.*** Contact DEH at (408) 918-3400 for any questions about caterers. - Observed multiple dead cockroaches inside a sticky trap in the front bar area. Employee stated the facility receives pest control services once every few months, and that the sticky trap with the cockroaches was placed there in December 2025. Highly recommend obtaining professional pest control services at least monthly. - Ensure all handsinks are fully stocked with soap and paper towels when the kitchen/bar are in use (e.g. for catered events).

Inside a sticky trap on the floor in the bar area: observed approximately 5-7 dead large cockroaches. No other evidence of vermin was observed. [CA] Keep facility clear of vermin. See notes below.
