    Chlorine sanitizer measured 0ppm at bar warewash machine. Not actively in use. [CA] Maintain chlorine in mechanical warewash machine at 50 PPM. [COS] Operator replaced empty sanitizer bottle, warewash machine was primed, and chlorine remeasured at 50ppm.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

    In the prep cooler - top insert, cooked rice measured 45F. Container was overfilled. Per operator, cooked rice was stored in the prep cooler less than two hours prior. [SA] Food employee removed top portion of rice from container.

Follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 1/13/26. Facility was closed due to evidence of an active rodent infestation. Observations: -No evidence of a vermin infestation observed in the facility. -Door sweep has been installed at take out entrance door. -Hanging thermometers have been provided for refrigeration units. -Leaks have been repaired. -Food debris on kitchen, bar, and dining room floors- booths has been removed. Note: Checklist for reopening/pest control reports were submitted via email on 1/14/26. No activity reported. Facility is now OPEN.
