FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FROM 9/3/24 AND 9/17/24 IN WHICH THE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD WAS IN THE DANGER ZONE AND THE WAREWASHER WAS NOT DISPENSING ANY CHLORINE. FINDINGS: THE REFRIGERATOR IS NOW HOLDING THE TEMPERATURE OF THE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD AT 41F OR BELOW. OK TO USE. CONTINUE WORKING ON GETTING THE WAREWASHER TO WORK. NOTE THIS RE-INSPECTION WILL BE CHARGED AT $298.00 PER HOUR MINIMUM ONE HOUR. ADDITIONAL RE-INSPECTIONS FOR THE SAME ISSUE WILL BE AT THE SAME RATE.
