All other PHFs were at 41°F or below. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Staff moved the ground beef to the walk in cooler to rapidly cool.

    1. Facility lacks an adequate supply of hot water. Hot water at the three compartment sink reached a peak of 112°F, the two compartment prep sink reached 102°F, the hand sink by the kitchen entry reached 130°F, and the hand sink at the bar reached 107°F. After reaching their highest temperature water temp quickly fell below 100°F. Use of the ware wash machine exacerbates the hot water supply in the facility. Following use of the ware wash machine water at the three compartment sink fell to 77°F and 85°F at the hand sink. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. [COS] A plumber arrived on site at time of the inspection and fixed the hot water supply. Water was measured at 112°F 2. Hot water measured at a peak of 112°F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
