Lunch period: 12:40 pm - 1:00 pm Facility receives pre-packaged food from Capri School. Leftover food are discarded at the end of lunch period. During inspection, Cintas technician was on site to switch the water temperature for the sanitizer to cold. Specialist was unable to verify Quat sanitizer dispenser at the time of inspection. Quat sanitizer container and test strip observed. Discussed proper manual ware-washing during inspection.

Facility does not prepare/cook food on site but serves open food such as pizza. [CA]: Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [SA]: PIC contacted maintenance to repair/assess water heater. If hot water is not attainable, PIC stated that dishes will be sent and ware-washed/sanitized at the Central Kitchen. Copy of Standard Operating Procedures and proof of ware-washing logs to be sent to Specialist at princess.lagana@deh.sccgov.org.
