NRGIZE LIFESTYLE CAFE routine inspection. Facility has not complied with the deadlines issued during the previous routine inspections in regards to the non self-latching gates. Facility must submit proposal to Plan Check within 7 days (by 4/8/26) to address non self-latching gates leading in the pool areas. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action. Note: Multiple attempts to contact the PIC, Fred, have been made.

The designated employee restroom (near the kid's pool) lacked a functional light. [CA] Maintain lighting to ensure restroom is usable by staff. [COS] Operator repaired a portable wall light and placed it in the restroom.

No hot water was available at the 3-compartment sink (only the cold water faucet was operable; water measured 71F). No water was available at the handsink in the food area. (Note: warm water was available at the employee restroom handsink near the kid's pool). [CA] Provide hot water (120F) at the 3-compartment sink and warm water (100F) at the handsink. [SA] Facility only sells prepackaged foods; no food prep is conducted. COMPLY BY 4/15/26.
