    Observed a gas powered Turbo fan oven on a prep table outside the rear of the facility. PIC stated that the oven was not in use. [CA] Remove unapproved/ unused oven. The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. The back door to the commissary is left open. [CA] Keep back door closed at all times to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin. Personal items stored on the rack used for open food storage within the kitchen. [CA] No person shall store clothing or personal effects in any area used for the storage and preparation of food or food contact surfaces.

Two lawn bars and one concession stand at the sky bar are un-permitted. Cease the sale of open foods in these areas. Menu limited to prepackged non-PHF. Facility shall apply for three new satellite permits prior to resuming open food sales at the sky bar area concession and both lawn bar areas.
