ROUTINE INSPECTION
This is a production facility for all King Egg Roll locations, except for the one on Story Rd. Operates Tuesday to Friday at 8 AM to 4 PM.

- K21: Hot and cold water available
1. Hot water from the 3-comparrtment sink at the "sauce room" measured 113F. [corrective action] Provide hot water, minimum 120F. 2. Hot water was not available from the 2-compartment sink at the "shrimp ball" room. [corrective action] Provide hot water at this sink, minimum 120F. 3. Warm water from on of the sinks in the men's restroom measured 80F. [corrective action] Provide warm water, minimum 100F.
- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
1. Observed water leaking from the ceiling (near sky light) at the upstairs storage area. [corrective action] Repair the leak. 2. Observed water leaking from the ceiling in the large walk-in cooler. Water was dripping near produce. [corrective action] Identify source of leak and repair. Note: Produce was relocated.
- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
Observed water leak from the pot filler faucet at the wok station. [corrective action] Repair the leak.
- K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity
Observed garden hose attached to faucet at food preparation sink. [corrective action] Upon disrepair, replace garden hose with a food grade hose (RV hose for drinking water).
