    The following Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs) measured at improper holding temperature (119-115F) : Bread pudding and apple baked dessert, intended to be served warm, per PIC, PHFs were taken out from the cooler and reheated in a warmer. Ambient temperature in the warmer measured at 110F. PIC stated they reheat the items in the same warmer and keep them there for service. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] PIC voluntarily discarded PHFs. A TPHC form was provided upon PIC request for future handling of warm desserts.
