1. Facility may have gone through a change of ownership at all concession stands. Submit paper work into the department with regards to change of ownership. All concession stands are currently under (SPARTAN SHOPS INC). Submit business license. 2. Multiple beer carts are on site and do not have permits with the county. Submit paper work to plan check with regards to beer carts. 3. Popcorn cart on site that does not have a permit with the county. Obtain permit with regards to popcorn cart.
