According to the manager they will be bringing this oven in to the other location on Silver Creek and Eagle Ridge. The new equipment must be submitted to the department of environmental health for approval. Left the sanitizer sticker with the manager to place above the dish sink for instruction.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

    The inside of the upright freezers are soiled. [CA] Thoroughly clean the inside of the units.

    There are no test strips. [CA] The quat and chlorine test strips are needed. Use the chlorine for the machine and the quat for the dispenser. [COS] There are now test strips. The wall mounted dispenser is giving 0ppm quat. [CA] The quat must be at 200ppm. [SA] The manager will use chlorine for the sanitizing in the 3 compartment sink.
