    Observed several rodent droppings on the floor underneath storage shelves of food. Observed several live flies inside the facility. No live activity or active contamination of food observed during inspection. [CA] Clean and sanitize affected areas. The premises of a food facility shall be kept free of vermin. NOTE: Reviewed last pest control services report from ProActive Pest Control on 3/31/2026. Report noted treatment for rodents and cockroaches and noted no activity.

    In the remote storage area, observed storage of open bulk containers of Potentially Hazardous Foods in the upright coolers (sauces, falafel, etc). Per permit condition: "REMOTE STORAGE MAY ONLY BE USED TO STORE PREPACKAGED FOOD PRODUCTS TO THEIR ORIGINAL CONTAINERS." [CA] Discontinue storage of open Potentially Hazardous Foods in this area. Open Potentially Hazardous Foods shall be stored in approved food facility only.

    Measured the following PHFs holding at 44F in 3 door upright (back storage): tahini sauce and falafel mix. [CA] Maintain all PHFs cold held at or below 41F.
