The front door must be kept closed to help eliminate vermin entrance. There were no longer any dead flies in the refrigerator nor in the back kitchen. The interior of the ice machine no longer has mold in it and appears to have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to the owner.

The hand washing sink now gives 10 degrees F water and has, soap, and paper towels in the dispenser. Refill the empty wall mounted soap dispenser. Continue to use the disposable soap temporarily. The prep refrigerator is still not holding temperatures 41 degrees or below. It is not being used. Continue to not use it until it can hold food at 41 degrees F and below. Continue to correct the violations. Continue to more thoroughly and completely clean the soiled tables that the yogurt machines are on by 6-31-25.

The dish washing sink reached 120 degrees F as dish sinks are required to reach.
