Observed several food handler cards that were expired. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.

One of the two handwash sink stations did not have paper towels. [CA] Ensure handwash stations are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [COS] PIC refilled paper towels during time of inspection.

Chlorine in warewash machine measured at 0ppm. [CA] Ensure warewash machine dispenses chlorine at 50ppm. [COS] PIC will have staff manually warewash dishes until machine can be repaired .

Front handwash sink did not have paper towels in dispenser. There was another handwash sink in close proximity that was fully stocked with soap and paper towels. [CA] Ensure all handwash sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [COS] PIC refilled paper towels in dispenser.
