    Observed used wiping towels on the floor in the walk in under the milk shelf. [CA] Used wiping towels must be kept in the sanitizer bucket in between use or in the dirty laundry bin if not going to reuse the towel.

    Observed 3 uncovered racks of baked goods in the aisle to be put away eventually. [CA] They must be covered to protect from contamination.

    Observed soiled soda racks being used as permanent shelves in the produce walk in refrigerator. [CA] Discontinue using these as permanent shelves. observed the containers that the green onion come in to be soiled. [CA] Wash and sanitize these plastic containers.
