    Found (2x) self-services boba device outside of food facility. Previous reports regarding boba device approval states the machine must be operated in conjunction with the permanent "Icicles" facility, FA0268090. Photos indicated previously that device was approved for indoor usage. [CA] Facility shall discontinue using self-service boba device outdoors and relocate device indoor. Equipment is hereby impounded for 30 days and/or if facility relocates device back into an approved food facility FA028090. Device may not be used until impound release is by a district inspector.

    Missing light bulbs in hall wall of small storage area, inadequate lighting. [CA] Provide missing light bulb.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

    Measured cheese cake bites holding at 45F in 2 door cold top for less than 4 hours. [CA] Maintain all cold PHFs held at or below 41F.
